Tool & Equipment Coordinator

Our crews rely on having the right tools, in the right place, at the right time and we’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to make that happen.*Position Overview*The Tool & Equipment Coordinator is the central hub for all company-owned tools and equipment. This role manages inventory, coordinates deliveries, schedules maintenance, and ensures our field teams have what they need to keep projects running smoothly. If you love organization, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you.*Key Responsibilities** Maintain accurate tool and equipment inventory using our tracking system.* Oversee tool check-out/check-in processes to minimize loss or damage.* Schedule and track preventative maintenance, repairs, and inspections.* Coordinate delivery and pickup of tools, materials, and job trailers to and from project sites and storage facilities.* Stage tools and equipment for upcoming projects according to schedules.* Source, order, and track new tools, equipment, and replacement parts within budget.* Keep the shop organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards.* Maintain strong working relationships with field staff, project managers, and vendors.*Qualifications** Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office; Bluebeam; inventory tracking software preferred).* Basic understanding of construction tools and equipment.* Ability to perform minor repairs and troubleshooting.* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.* Capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 70 lbs.* Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.* Ability to pass a drug screen, including marijuana, in accordance with Federal contracting laws.*Pay & Benefits** *Pay Range:* $25 – $32/hour, depending on experience.* Medical, dental, and vision insurance.* Paid time off and holidays.* Opportunities for growth and professional development.Job Type: Full-timePay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceLicense/Certification:* Driver's License (Required)Ability to Commute:* Ferndale, WA 98248 (Required)Work Location: In person
