Join our team to contribute to a thriving legal environment and be rewarded for your dedication.*Key Responsibilities**Meaningful Communication:** Serve as the main point of contact for clients via app, group text, calls, and other communication platforms.* Initiate contact within 24 hours of case assignment and maintain bi-weekly meaningful communication.* Explain the case process, liability decisions, and address any arising issues.*Gathering Client Information & Documents:** Collect and manage client documents and information essential for claim processing.* Update case management software with emails, physical documents, texts, and voicemails.*Monitor Client Treatment:** Oversee clients' treatment progress to ensure claim success.* Confirm treatment providers and participate in strategy meetings.* Update case management software upon clients reaching maximum medical improvement or release from active care.*Property Damage Coordination:** Guide clients through the property damage claim process.* Coordinate claims to completion.*Client Acceptances & Authority:** Obtain necessary client authorizations for claims and settlements.* Handle Offers of Compromise, settlement acceptances, and related approvals.*Team Collaboration:** Collaborate with the Pre-Litigation Team to ensure task completion and case resolution.* Provide updates and manage claims effectively.*Schedule:** Work hours vary between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM.* Shift options include early morning (7:00 AM to 4:00 PM) and late afternoon (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM).* Occasional in-office meetings with clients may be required.*Qualifications:** No experience necessary* Personal injury experience (Preferred)* Bilingual Spanish or Vietnamese (Required)*Grades & Compensation:** Compensation reflects skill level and productivity, with performance-based grade adjustments.* Grade levels I to X, with salaries ranging from $42,000 to $78,000 annually.* Additional monthly incentives based on performance metrics.*KPI's & Incentives:** Maintain 95% completion of bi-weekly meaningful communication.* Achieve an average Net Promotor Score (NPS) of 7 or higher monthly.* Gain referrals from current or prior clients, leading to VIP Client status.Job Type: Full-timePay: $42,000.00 - $78,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Flexible schedule* Health insurance* Opportunities for advancement* Paid time off* Parental leave* Professional development assistance* Profit sharing* Tuition reimbursement* Vision insuranceSchedule:* 8 hour shiftAbility to Commute:* Riverdale, GA 30274 (Required)Work Location: In person
