Job Overview: We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Host/Host. As a Host/Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience. This is a great opportunity to work in the hospitality industry and contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Responsibilities: - Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon arrival - Escort guests to their tables and provide menus - Assist in seating arrangements to ensure efficient use of dining space - Maintain knowledge of daily specials, menu items, and promotions - Answer phone calls and take reservations or provide information as needed - Manage waitlist during peak hours and provide accurate wait time estimates - Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth flow of service - Monitor dining area for cleanliness and organization, promptly addressing any issues - Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or requests with professionalism and efficiency - Assist with general restaurant tasks as needed Requirements: - Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong guest relations skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service - Familiarity with POS systems and phone etiquette - Knowledge of Aloha POS system is a plus - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds - Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays Join our team today and be part of creating memorable experiences for our guests!Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hourShift:* Day shift* Evening shiftAbility to Commute:* Manchester, NH (Required)Ability to Relocate:* Manchester, NH: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
