Full Time Server/Waiter

*Overview*We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you enjoy talking to people and thrive in a fast-paced workplace, we’d like to meet you.*Responsibilities** Arrives at work on time, well-groomed in a clean uniform for every shift* Maintains a clean work area during the shift* Attend to customers upon entrance* Present restaurant menus and help customers select food/beverages* Follows all Capt Loui, sanitation, and employee guidelines* Knowledgeable of Capt Loui menu and suggestive sells items to enhance the dining experience* Understands basic money handling and can make proper change* Currently able to serve alcohol and can meet all state requirements* Performs other duties assigned by management* Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen staff* Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude* Issue bills and accept payment* Coordinate takeout/delivery orders*Requirements** Hands-on experience in cashier duties* Attention to cleanliness and safety* Patience and customer-oriented approach* Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude* Responsible and trustworthy* Excellent communication, hospitality, interpersonal and math skills* Skilled at reading the table and can anticipate your guests’ needs* Team player: you’re always willing to give and ask for help* Able to lift up to 35 pounds, and continuously bend, reach and twist: you’re constantly on the move.* Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.Join us in delivering unforgettable dining experiences!
