Vacation Rental Cleaner

/*Job Summary/*We are seeking a dedicated Vacation Rental House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment for our guests. _*Employee will receive time and a half for holidays, employee discounted vacation rental stays and cell phone reimbursement and mileage reimbursement.*_/*Duties/** Professionally clean and maintain Haustay properties using cleaning procedures and products in conformance with company standards* Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and washing all surfaces* Move all reasonably portable furniture in rooms to clean under and behind* Launder bedding, towels, bathroom rugs (laundry can be taken off site)* Create a welcoming environment for our guests and owners by ensuring homes are clean and cared for* Identify and note any damages to homes. Create maintenance notes as necessary* Collect and remove trash and debris* Meet and maintain required housekeeping procedures via property turnover manual* Attend all mandatory individual and team meetings* Replenish consumable items such as soap and paper products/*Requirements/** Reliable transportation* Smartphone* Weekend availability* Proven experience as a Housekeeper or similar role* Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and methods* Experience in a hotel, hospitality, or housekeeping management setting is a plus* Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery used in cleaning* Excellent organizational skills with attention to detailJob Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:* Flexible schedule* Mileage reimbursement* Paid time offSchedule:* 8 hour shiftExperience:* Cleaning: 1 year (Required)License/Certification:* Driver's License (Required)Work Location: In person
