Job Description

*Job Summary*We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Interior Designer/Project Coordinator with a focus on Finishes and Cabinetry to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting project management efforts by coordinating tasks, managing timelines, and ensuring quality standards are met. Additionally, assisting clients with picking out finishes along with cabinetry layouts. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments to drive project success.*Responsibilities** Assist in the planning and coordination of projects from inception to completion.* Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.* Utilize Trello for task management and project tracking, ensuring all team members are aligned.* Conduct data analysis to inform project decisions and identify areas for improvement.* Implement quality management processes to maintain high standards throughout the project lifecycle.* Engage in risk management practices to identify potential issues and develop mitigation strategies.* Support business process modeling efforts to enhance operational efficiency.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.* Manage content within content management systems as needed for project deliverables.* Prepare reports on project status, including earned value management metrics, for stakeholders.*Qualifications** Proven experience in project coordination or a related field is preferred.* Strong understanding of quality management principles and practices.* Proficient in data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex information effectively.* Familiarity with Trello or similar project management tools is essential.* Knowledge of earned value management techniques is a plus.* Experience in business process modeling and risk management strategies is advantageous.* Familiarity with Agile methodologies and their application in project settings is desirable.* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong attention to detail.* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.Job Type: Full-timePay: $40,940.82 - $52,391.10 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Health insurance* Paid time offSchedule:* 8 hour shift* Monday to FridayAbility to Commute:* Niles, MI 49120 (Required)Ability to Relocate:* Niles, MI 49120: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
