Shift Manager

Duties:- Oversee the daily operations of the shift, ensuring smooth and efficient service- Manage and supervise a team of staff members, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner- Assist in the preparation and execution of special events or functionsSkills:- Previous experience in food production- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously- Proficient in computer systems and software relevant to the industryNote: This position may also be referred to as an Assistant Manager.Job Type: Full-timePay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 – 50 per weekBenefits:* Employee discountAbility to Relocate:* Lafayette, IN 47905: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
