Leasing Agent

We are seeking a driven, experienced Leasing Agent to join our team and take charge of all things leasing. This is a focused position only candidates with direct leasing experience will be considered. If you’re a natural closer, self-starter, and social media savvy, we want to hear from you.Weekends are mandatory. Competitive hourly pay plus commissions. Great opportunity to grow with a fast-moving, team-oriented company.Key Responsibilities:* Drive Leasing Performance: Proactively bring in new business through strategic marketing, social media outreach (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook), and networking.* Lead Tours & Convert: Greet prospects, conduct apartment tours, highlight key features and amenities, and close the deal.* Manage Leasing Process: Prepare lease agreements, run background checks, verify references, and ensure a smooth application and move-in process.* Resident Transitions: Coordinate move-in and move-out procedures with efficiency and professionalism.* System Proficiency: Use lead management systems like Knock, Yardi, and other CRM tools to track activity and manage leads.* Report Leasing Activity: Complete daily and weekly leasing reports to track progress and performance.* Customer Service First: Deliver exceptional service to prospective and current residents with a professional, friendly demeanor.Qualifications:* Proven experience as a Leasing Agent in residential property management* Strong closing skills and a results-driven approach* Comfortable using Knock, Yardi, and other leasing software* Confident, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment* Strong written and verbal communication skills* Weekend availability is requiredCompensation:* Hourly + Commission* High earning potential for top performers* Team-oriented, supportive environment focused on leasing successJob Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Vision insuranceSchedule:* 8 hour shift* Every weekend* Monday to FridayAbility to Commute:* Jensen Beach, FL 34957 (Preferred)Ability to Relocate:* Jensen Beach, FL 34957: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)Work Location: In person
