*Job description*Thank you for your interest in a Service Technician position at NaturaLawn of America.NaturaLawn of America is the leader in local, organic-based lawn care. For over 30 years, we have been providing homeowners with safer alternatives to their lawn care, pest control and seeding needs. Based out of Coatesville, Pa, we service Chester and Delaware Counties.The available positions are for Aeration & Seeding Technicians. Technicians in this role complete aeration & seeding services through late summer and through the fall. The starting rate is $19.00 per hour. *Aeration & Seeding Technicians must work 7-12 hours of Overtime *_*each week*_ *without having to work weekends!!**No experience is necessary - all training will be provided and paid!*Incentives, bonuses, and commissions are paid out bi-weekly to technicians looking to make a little extra money by working harder. Employee acknowledgment programs are in place for anniversaries, certifications earned, monthly safety, and overall top monthly performers.Employees are offered enrollment onto our health benefits program after 60 days. Medical, Dental, Prescription, and Vision coverages are included. After 90 days, employees are eligible for paid time off and paid holidays.
