Restaurant General Manager

Someone who shares a similar vision of great food and exceptional service.We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality management, ensuring that our restaurant delivers exceptional service and high-quality food. This role requires a dynamic leader who can manage and train staff effectively & efficiently, work closely with the owners and chef, and foster a positive dining experience for our customers.*Duties** Lead and manage all aspects of FOH restaurant operations, including staffing, training, and performance management.* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling standards.* Develop and implement effective budgeting strategies to optimize profitability while maintaining quality service.* Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and assisting with beverage inventory and budgeting* Foster a customer-centric environment by enhancing customer service protocols and addressing any guest concerns promptly.* Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accurate reporting through the Toast POS system.* Conduct regular staff training sessions to maintain high standards of service and operational efficiency.* Execute weekly scheduling and staffing for peak season and off season.*Experience** Proven experience in hospitality management or a related field is essential.* Demonstrated proficiency in budgeting, financial management, and cost control practices.* Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences.* Familiarity with cash handling procedures and Toast POS systems is necessary.* Familiarity with Resy Reservation Systems is necessary.* Previous experience in staff training and development necessary.Join our team as a Restaurant General Manager where you can make an impact by leading a passionate team dedicated to providing outstanding dining experiences!Job Type: Full-timePay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per yearBenefits:* Employee discount* Flexible schedule* Paid time off* Paid trainingShift availability:* Day Shift (Required)* Night Shift (Required)Ability to Commute:* Snowmass Village, CO 81615 (Required)Ability to Relocate:* Snowmass Village, CO 81615: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
