The Cleaning Solution of White Bear Lake is looking to fill the position of a residential house cleaning TEAM LEAD. A minimum of 1 year house cleaning experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate! Starting pay is $20.00 - $24.00 per hour.*You would be responsible for:** Overseeing and supervising cleaning crew, while cleaning along with them* Picking up and returning supplies/equipment to office at the beginning and end of each day* Maintaining clients keys and entry codes.* Performing quality control checks*Perks:** 3 day weekend every week!* Direct Deposit* Straight hourly pay - no percentage - you are always on the clock* Tips* Extra pay while with a trainee* Average of 32-36 hours per week* Great incentives*Requirements:** Available Tuesday-Friday 7:30AM-5:30PM* Valid drivers license, a vehicle and insurance on the vehicle you would be driving* Proficient in speaking, reading and writing English* 1+ year of house cleaning experience preferred but not required*Skills:** Communication, written and verbal skills* Ability to lead a team and be in charge* Self-confidence* Organizational skills for light paperwork* The ability to set the cleaning standard, detail oriented and consistent* Excellent problem solver* Highly professional*A little bit about us*The Cleaning Solution started business in 2001 and has been growing ever since!
