Server/Waiter

*Overview*We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that customers receive prompt, friendly service while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation.*Responsibilities** Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.* Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Aloha POS system, ensuring all special requests are noted.* Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner, checking back with guests to ensure satisfaction.* Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils.* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and timely delivery of orders.* Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, providing solutions to enhance guest satisfaction.* Support team members by helping with various tasks as needed during busy periods.* Adhere to all food safety regulations and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe dining environment.*Qualifications** Previous experience in the culinary or food service industry is preferred but not required.* Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is a plus.* Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.* Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with guests and team members.* Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.* Knowledge of kitchen operations and food sanitation practices is beneficial.* Must be able to stand for long periods and lift items as necessary.Join us in creating memorable experiences for our guests while working in an engaging team atmosphere!Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $18.20 - $35.00 per hourExpected hours: 20 – 40 per weekShift:* Day shift* Evening shift* Night shiftWork Location: In person
