We're hiring for two part-time positions and are looking for someone experienced in *brow threading & waxing*, *brow lamination*, and *lash lifts*.If you're passionate about brows, committed to quality work, and love helping clients look and feel their best, we want to hear from you.*About the Position*This role is perfect for a licensed esthetician or cosmetologist who:* Specializes in brow shaping with threading and waxing* Is certified or highly experienced in *lash lifts* and *brow lamination** Enjoys a modern, supportive salon environment with room to growAt The Brow Fixx, you’re not just doing services—you’re delivering confidence and care with every appointment.*What You’ll Do** Perform professional *brow threading, waxing, tinting, and lamination** Offer high-quality *lash lift services* using modern techniques* Conduct client consultations to recommend the best brow + lash options* Educate guests on aftercare and retail product use* Maintain a clean, sanitized work area following *Texas State Board* protocols* Keep detailed client records and service notes*Qualifications** 2+ years of hands-on experience in *brow threading, lamination, and lash lifts** Valid *Texas esthetician or cosmetology license** Strong work ethic and attention to detail* Friendly, professional demeanor and a passion for the beauty industry* Able to work independently while being team-oriented*Physical Requirements** Able to stand for 4+ hours at a time* Able to kneel or crouch as needed* Comfortable lifting light salon items (up to 10 lbs)Job Type: Part-timePay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hourBenefits:* Employee discount* Flexible schedule* Professional development assistanceCompensation Package:* TipsSchedule:* Day shift* Weekends as neededExperience:* Hair threading: 1 year (Required)* Eyebrow Waxing: 2 years (Required)License/Certification:* Esthetician License (Required)Work Location: In person
