Our mission emphasizes the importance of relationships, community, and experiences, ensuring that our residents remain connected to their families and each other.*Summary: *We are seeking a Property Management Director to lead our property management efforts and housekeeping team at Vitality Court Texas Star. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our community operates smoothly and that our residents enjoy a high quality of life in a well maintained building. The Property Management Director will oversee all aspects of property management and housekeeping while upholding our core values.*Responsibilities:** Ensure maintenance of community interior and exterior.* Monitor maintenance building tasks, work orders, unit turns and promptly address maintenance concerns.* Manage Property Services Technician and team of (4) housekeeping staff.* Participate in Community weekend leadership on duty and on call schedule schedule .* Assist housekeeping team members in deep cleaning of common areas according to schedule.* Adhere to maintenance and housekeeping budget; Recommend maintenance related repairs and replacements to Executive Director* Conduct certain safety trainings (ladder safety, fire extinguisher use, proper use of chemicals, etc.) for all new team members, and annually as required* Maintain knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulations regarding compliance with all maintenance, building codes, drills and maintain all required documentation to meet such laws and regulations for assisted living and memory care facilities as prescribed by Texas Health and Human Services.Full job description and qualifications on company career center : & Qualifications: ** Must have minimum of two years' verifiable direct maintenance experience in areas such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, etc. is necessary* Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulations regarding assisted living and memory care facilities* Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.* Must be at least 21 years of age.* High school diploma or equivalent.* HVAC license or certification preferred.If you are passionate about creating vibrant communities and have the leadership skills to make a difference, we invite you to apply for the Property Management Director position at Vitality Court Texas Star today!*PLEASE APPLY HERE*: Type: Full-timePay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Employee discount* Flexible spending account* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Referral program* Retirement plan* Tuition reimbursement* Vision insuranceSchedule:* Day shift* Every weekend* Monday to Friday* Weekends as neededExperience:* Maintenance: 2 years (Preferred)Ability to Commute:* Allen, TX 75002 (Preferred)Work Location: In person
