Property Manager

Seeking an energetic, self-motivated, organized, and experienced property management and real estate expert to lead the Triad division of our real estate investment business, Strive Property Group. We are a fast-growing team, headquartered in Richmond, VA and operating throughout the Southeast. Primary responsibilities will include:* Property Management of the stabilized long term rental portfolio, including coordinating and managing tenant relations, rent collection, work order assignment and management, leasing, delinquency and evictions* Construction Management for major remodel projects, coordinating contractors, maintenance personnel, and local permitting and zoning authorities* Transaction Management for new acquisitions and sales* Groundskeeping, landscaping, and site management* Address miscellaneous needs as they ariseThis is a tremendous opportunity for an experienced property management professional to put their personal mark on a growing real estate investment operation, while working a flexible schedule in a positive and engaging atmosphere.Requirements:* 2+ years residential property management experience required* Experience with Appfolio property management software required* Leasing experience and direct tenant management experience required, preferably in North Carolina* Basic bookkeeping and billing experience required* Driver's license and vehicle required; must be willing and able to drive to properties throughout the Carolinas* NC real estate license required* Commercial property management experience a plus, but not required* Short term rental management experience a plus, but not requiredStrive Property Group's headquarters is located in Richmond, VA.
