Machine Operator (Must have experience)

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator you will be responsible for operating machinery used in the production process.Responsibilities include:- Conduct daily inspections of machinery- Interpret daily commands for production needs- Utilize forklift to bring material to workstation- Load and unload items from machines manually or using a hoist- Cut or punch pieces according to specifications- Examine finished materials to verify conformance to quality standards- Count, mark and record finished products- Observe equipment to detect malfunctions. Report any maintenance needs.- Supply production workers with completed partsRequirements:- Must have experience with punch press, saw, iron worker or similar equipment- Proficiency in operating heavy equipment, such as cranes and forklifts- Ability to read a tape measure- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately- Must be able to pass a drug screening- Must be able to pass a background check- Must be able to pass a physical exam- Ability to work in a fast paced environmentThis is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods of time, and perform repetitive tasks.
