Irrigation Technician

RMCL is committed to finding team members that fit our Mission, Vision and Core Values.To be considered, applicant should be an experienced Irrigation Technician, with a minimum of 1 year of experience, as well as, a strong understanding of green industry trends and practices. Knowledge of landscape irrigation is a must. The ability to communicate in Spanish and English is extremely helpful but not required.Responsibilities will include:- Irrigation Maintenance, Installation and Repairs for ongoing clients and new construction- Active communication with clients and co-workers- Job site inspectionsRequired Qualifications:- Landscape Irrigation Experience - minimum of 1 year- Valid driver’s license and clean MVR- Strong communication skills both written and verbal- Able to meet all physical demands of the position- Able to pass a background check- Understanding of complex and 2 wire irrigation systems- Weather Track, Rainbird, Hunter, Weathermatic and knowledge of various other types of Controllers- Pumps, boosters and wells- Strong irrigation trouble shooting skills- Great organizational skills- Solve practical problems and unexpected changes- Ability to work in a fast paced environmentCompensation:- Based upon experience- Benefits - Health Insurance, 401K, PTO and Holiday Pay- Team AtmosphereJob Type: Full-timePay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hourBenefits:* 401(k)* Health insurance* Paid time offSchedule:* 10 hour shift* Monday to FridayWork Location: In person
