To do that, we're looking for a *Content Producer* who’s not just creative, but process-driven—someone who can *streamline and scale* how we produce content.You’ll work closely with our content and marketing teams to *automate production workflows*, build scalable systems, and still get hands-on with shooting, editing, and publishing high-quality video and photo content. If you live at the intersection of creativity and efficiency—and love geeking out over gear, templates, and time-saving tools—we want to talk to you.*What You'll Own** *Automate and scale content production workflows* across YouTube, courses, ads, and social media* *Shoot and edit video content* for YouTube, shorts, TikTok, and ads using high-quality gear and lighting setups* *Collaborate with our e-commerce and product teams* to capture product photos, install guides, and promotional content* *Build systems for instructional video production* (think: templates, camera setups, automated editing pipelines, etc.)* *Manage our online course platform*, creating step-by-step install videos and maintaining content quality* *Plan and produce blogs, social content, and marketing assets*, helping us educate our community across every platform* *Improve efficiency in the content team* by developing repeatable systems, checklists, and automations*Who We're Looking For** *Production-Minded Creator*: You love working behind the camera but are obsessed with systems that make the process faster and smarter.* *Workflow Hacker*: You think in templates, pipelines, and automations. You’ve used tools like FFmpeg, Frame.io, Descript, Zapier, or Notion to streamline creative work.* *Tech-Savvy Storyteller*: You stay up to date on the latest gear, AI tools, and editing techniques—and aren’t afraid to experiment.* *Collaborative and Curious*: You love bouncing ideas with a team, but you also don’t wait to be told what to do.* *Relentlessly Resourceful*: You’ll figure it out, no matter what.
