Private Property Impound Specialist

We’re a growing towing and hauling company based in Knoxville, TN, looking for a motivated *Private Property Impound Specialist* to help us expand our services by establishing contracts with local businesses, parking garages, and other private property owners. Our ideal candidate is a self starter with strong communication and negotiation skills.*Key Responsibilities:** Reach out to local businesses, parking garages, and private property owners to promote our towing services and establish contracts for impound services* Negotiate terms and agreements with property owners to place our towing signs on their properties* Maintain a professional relationship with clients to ensure ongoing business and satisfaction* Conduct site visits to ensure proper placement of towing signs and compliance with agreements* Keep accurate records of contracts, agreements, and client interactions* Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery for clients*Requirements:** Proven sales or business development experience (towing or related industries a plus)* Strong negotiation and communication skills* Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule* Comfortable with travel throughout the Nashville area* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail* Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportationIf you’re ready to take on a role that offers autonomy, flexibility, and the chance to build lasting relationships with local businesses, we want to hear from you!Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceSchedule:* Day shift* Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:* Bonus opportunitiesWork Location: In person
