Fast paced, high-volume restaurant, Green Mill has a proven concept and menu for over 20 years.The restaurant has recently been fully remodeled with new finishes in the entire FOH and significant BOH equipment and operations upgradesJob duties & Responsibilities:* Work neatly at extremely high pace.* Ability to accurately read, interpret and prepare all food recipes* Complete prep list items and set up line stations* Uphold product quality & presentations* Prepare all menu items according to recipes, plate presentations and specifications.* Complete additional duties as required (cleaning, washing dishes, unpacking food deliveries, organizing coolers)* Capable of using kitchen equipment knowledgeably and safely (knives, slicing equipment, grills, fryers, ovens, stoves, dishwashers, etc…* Maintain regular and reliable attendance and timelinessMinimum line cook experience of 1 year. References required.
