If you're ready to take the reins of a fresh, high-impact opportunity with the support of an established brand, this is your chance.*Job Summary:*The Landscape Division Manager will assist with launching, managing, and growing Patuxent Nursery’s new landscape design and installation services. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in sales, design, and operations.*Key Responsibilities:** Lead the Development and Growth of the landscape division* Develop and maintain client relationships with homeowners, commercial clients, and industry professionals. Design and oversee high-quality landscape designs that meet the customers objectives* Drive sales by presenting thorough and thoughtful proposals that ensure client satisfaction. Manage design-to-installation project workflows, including budgeting, scheduling, and team coordination.* Hire and mentor team members as the division grows.Collaborate with ownership and department heads to set goals, pricing structures, and growth strategies.*Qualifications:** Minimum 5 years of experience in landscape design and project management.
