Experienced Line Cook

OTB Bicycle Cafe is looking to hire fun and energetic kitchen staff at our North Park location at 10301 Pierce Mill Road, Allison Park on the beautiful North Park Lake.Our ideal candidate has at least 3 years of kitchen line experience, is a self-starter, ambitious, and hard-working._Full or Part time position available._*Responsibilities:** Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies* Chop vegetables, prepare sauces and other food preparation.* Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff* Clean up station and take care of leftover food* Stock inventory* Dish Washing*Qualifications:** Cooking experience or Back of the House experience preferred* Able to meet all scheduling commitments* Able to anticipate needs of others in the kitchen and proactively work to meet those needs* Strong attention to detail*Benefit Conditions:** Waiting period may apply* Only full-time employees eligible*Job Duties:** Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner* Follow recipes and presentation specifications* Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently* Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation* Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment* Restock items as needed throughout the shift* Adhere to all sanitation and food production codesJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: From $16.00 per hourBenefits:* Dental insurance* Employee discount* Flexible schedule* Health insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceShift:* 8 hour shift* Evening shiftExperience:* Kitchen: 1 year (Required)Work Location: In person
