(Because you deserve a special day too!)*Floor Technician Duties and Responsibilities:** Task of stripping & waxing of corridors, resident rooms, and common areas.* Sweep, mop and wax floors in common areas to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.* General housekeeping including sanitizing resident rooms, rest rooms, common areas, dining areas and hallways.* Pull trash in soiled utility rooms, common areas, residential and office spaces.* Ability to operate and maintain floor machine and equipment.* Clean and prepare resident rooms for new occupancy.* May assist with storing and moving of residential belongings.* Follow workplace safety standards while cleaning, moving heavy objects, using chemicals, and all housekeeping services.*Floor Technician Requirements and Qualifications:** High school diploma or GED certificate preferred* Prior cleaning or janitorial experience a plus* Physical stamina* Attention to detail* Team Player_*If our Floor Technician position is for you, please apply today!*_Job Type: Full-timePay: From $15.00 per hourBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceSchedule:* 8 hour shiftWork Location: In person
