Bartender/Server

Overview:We are seeking a skilled and attentive Bartender to join our dynamic team. As the face of our establishment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing drinks with precision, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. If you are passionate about hospitality and have a flair for mixing cocktails, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and addressing concerns in a friendly and professional manner.- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine, according to our menu and recipes.- Manage the bar area by maintaining a clean and organized environment, including the bar, equipment, and supplies.- Handle cash and operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.- Assist with food service by taking orders and serving guests in a timely and courteous manner.- Demonstrate knowledge of food handling and safety guidelines to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our guests.- Utilize basic math skills to accurately manage cash and operate a cash register.- Utilize retail math skills to maintain inventory and manage sales.- Manage time effectively to ensure that orders are fulfilled in a timely manner and that the bar area remains organized and clean.- Participate in banquet and special events as required.- Maintain a professional demeanor and adhere to our company's policies and procedures.Requirements:- Experience in food service, preferably as a bartender or server.- Strong knowledge of food handling and safety guidelines.- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects as needed.- Basic math skills and experience with a cash register.- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.- Knowledge of retail math and experience with inventory management.- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.- A positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional service to our guests.Job Types: Part-time, SeasonalPay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hourBenefits:* Employee discount* Flexible scheduleShift:* 8 hour shift* Day shift* Evening shift* Night shiftAbility to Commute:* Lodi, WI 53555 (Required)Work Location: In person
