*Electrical / Plumbing Assembly - Tankless Water Heating Systems - 1st, Comstock Park*Facilities Resource Group in Comstock Park *produces top quality commercial tankless water heating systems* (and our field team installs and services them all over the US)!*SUMMARY: *Bolt up aluminum frames for tankless water heating units, prepare units for connections, hang units, run MC cabling for power and run wiring for power to systems and pumps / pump controllers. Apply your mechanical aptitude, ability to work from prints, shop math, measuring and electromechanical skills. Requires proficient use of hand and power tools, as well as shop equipment. Systems are complex, so attention to detail is important. Must follow safety and quality policies, update work orders using a tablet / software, meet KPI's and be a team player. Special consideration will be given to candidates with recent hands-on work history in PLUMBING and/or PIPEFITTING, HYDRAULIC SYSTEMS (or other recent similar experience).*HIGHLIGHTS:** *LOCATION: *Onsite - Comstock Park* *TYPE: * Full Time /Permanent + Benefits* *PAY: *$18 - $?? / Hr (BOE) to start* *SHIFT: *Mon - Thur, 6 am - 4:30 pm (currently working Fridays, as well)* *HOURS: *40 - 50 / Week (Average)* *OVERTIME: *As scheduled*REQUIRED DUTIES:** Compliance w/ all safety policies and company procedures;* Read and work from written diagrams, instructions and prints;* Proficiently operate hand and power tools (wrenches, drill, impact, saw, torch, grinder, pipe cutter, nail gun, crimp tool, pipe vice, threaders);* Perform hands-on assembly and wiring of components and/or sub-assemblies;* Bolt together racks, prep unions, install MC cable and wiring harnesses;* Complete work on time in accordance with production plan KPI;* Pay attention to detail and be mindful of quality;* Work independently and as part of a team;* Keep work area safe and clean daily;* Use a tablet to update work orders;* Other duties, as needed*QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:** Background and drug screen;* HS Diploma, GED or equivalent;* Authorized to work in US;* Great attendance and demonstrated, applicable recent work history;* Demonstrate proficiency with shop equipment, hand and power tools;* Familiarity or experience with plumbing or pipefitting HIGHLY PREFERRED;* Hands-on mechanical aptitude and mentality to build from prints / diagrams;* Excellent interpersonal skills to professionally communicate with the team;* Strong work ethic and ability to handle the physical demands of the job;* Willingness and ability to perform physically strenuous tasks during shift, i.e., some lifting (up to 60 lbs), bending; standing, twisting, turning or squattingTO APPLY: Please submit current resume w/ updated work history - thanks!Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Employee assistance program* Flexible spending account* Health insurance* Health savings account* Life insurance* Paid time off* Professional development assistance* Referral program* Relocation assistance* Retirement plan* Tuition reimbursement* Vision insuranceWork Location: In person
