*Full Job Description**Compensation:*Starting at $12 + per hour based on availability, experience, training completion, certifications*Supervision Received*Receives direction and reports to the Shift Leader, Manager and the General Manager*CASHIER:**DRIVE THRU EXPERIENCE PREFERRED*_Essential duties may include, but are not limited to the following;_1. Extend a warm and friendly greeting to all guests.2. Explain menu and answer product questions for all guests.3. Enter guest’s orders accurately into the POS system4. Accepts payments from guest and makes change correctly5. Operates the cash register and is responsible for cash receipts.6. Presents orders to guest, properly packaged and with all necessary accompaniment and utensils7. Thanks all guest for their business8. Generates additional sales by suggesting additional menu items to the guest9. Responsible for verifying register at the beginning of the shift10. Stocking adequate supplies of paper goods, condiment, beverages, etc. for serving the guest.11. Prepping drinks and assisting in prepping items such as sauces, salads, produce, etc.12. Responsible for cleaning all guest areas. (Lobby, Restrooms, Parking lot, etc.)13. Informs management when any front-of-house equipment needs service or inventory is needed14. Removes trash from waste receptacles.15. Responsible for answering telephone and taking orders over the telephone.16. Responsible for helping with prepping procedures17. Responsible for helping with Dishwashing*COOK: **Cook Essential Job Functions*_Essential duties may include, but are not limited to the following;_1. Assemble and package menu items to company standards2. Responsible for prepping all food items to company standards3. Responsible for cooking, holding, and storing all food items to follow food safety guidelines4. Assist in the front-of-house operations as necessary5. Assist in unpacking and storing incoming inventory deliveries6. Informs management when any back-of-house equipment needs service or inventory is needed7. Responsible for cleaning kitchen and storage areas8. Responsible for taking out trash9. Responsible for cleaning and maintaining equipment to company standards10. Responsible for cleaning all small-wares and dishes11. Responsible for learning all Kitchen position including but not limited to:Wing Station, Fillet Station, Breader Station, Flat Top Station, Sandwich/Salad Station, Expo Station, Prep Station, Dishwashing Station.*Compensation Classification*Non-exempt*Other-Essential Job Functions*1.
