Head Personal Trainer - Gold's Gym Meadowbrook

We’re looking for a Head Personal Trainer (preferably bi-lingual) who’s passionate about fitness, driven by results, and thrives in a leadership role. This is your chance to make an impact—not just in how we run our PT program, but in the lives of the members you and your team support every day.This role is perfect for someone who enjoys coaching both clients and staff, loves building a strong fitness culture, and knows how to lead with both hustle and heart.What You’ll Be Doing· Lead & Inspire: Manage a team of personal trainers and foster a high-energy, team-first culture.· Drive Results: Take charge of all Personal Training sales in the club—your leadership will fuel our success.· Grow the Program: Partner with club management to elevate the PT experience, from systems to service.· Train When It Counts: Lead by example through one-on-one sessions when needed.· Assess & Strategize: Meet with new and current members to understand their goals, build custom fitness plans, and help them crush their targets.· Be a Guide: Help new members feel at home by walking them through our onboarding process and helping them map out their fitness journey.· Program with Purpose: Design workouts that challenge and motivate—tailored to the unique needs of each client.What We’re Looking For· Current National Certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or other NCCA-accredited certs)· Current CPR/AED certification· Experience designing personalized fitness programs that get real results· Confident communicator with flexible coaching styles to meet members where they are· A degree in Exercise Science or Kinesiology is a plus but not required· Strong leadership skills, sales experience, and a genuine passion for helping othersWhy Join Gold’s Gym?When you join the Gold’s Gym team, you become part of a legacy—and a future that’s focused on empowering people of all fitness levels.
