Memberships include use of all Club facilities including fitness, swimming, dining, and social activities.Job Summary:We are seeking a Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook/Prep Cook, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and cooking of various dishes in our kitchen. Your expertise in culinary techniques and food safety will contribute to creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests.Duties:- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, cutting, and measuring ingredients- Follow recipes and cooking techniques to ensure consistent quality- Cook and plate dishes according to established standards- Maintain a clean and organized work station- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations- Assist with inventory management and stock rotationExperience:- Previous experience as a Line Cook or Prep Cook in a restaurant or food service establishment is a plus- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation methods is a plus- Proficiency in using kitchen equipment, such as knives, grills, ovens, etc.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices- Excellent time management skillsSkills:- Culinary expertise- Kitchen operations knowledge- Ability to work well in a team environment- Strong knife skills- Familiarity with restaurant procedures and protocols- Proficient in food preparation techniques- Knowledge of meal presentation and garnishing techniques- Understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelinesJoin our dynamic culinary team and showcase your skills as a Line Cook/Prep Cook.
