*Summary of Position:*Based on the production needs within the department will, paint to NADCAP and MIL-spec precision, and use basic body tools, sanding principles, bondo application, masking to meet customer specifications. Must be a team player with a positive attitude!*Job Duties:** Make suggestions regarding improvement to part processing* Has ownership of the quality of workmanship* Accurately completes job documentation as per company procedure and/or customer requirements* Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work area* Perform work in an organized and productive manner to achieve target completion dates.* Be willing to work in different departments and cross train to become a valuable part of the team*Position Requirements:** Experience with paint and bodywork in a manufacturing environment, NADCAP experience a plus* Two years vocational or on the job experience* Five years’ experience in grinding and honing* Knowledge and experience using standard inspection equipment.* Must have general knowledge of basic body tools, sanding principles, bondo application and masking* Ability to interpret a blueprint* Oral communication and problem-solving skills* High School Diploma or equivalent*Physical Demands:** Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
