*Job description*DCB Hospitality Group is currently seeking a Front-of-House Manager to join our team at Restaurant Habana inside the Irvine Spectrum Center.DCB operates prominent restaurants, bars, and nightclubs in Los Angeles and Orange County.*Habana* is one of the top restaurant destinations in Irvine. We are looking for people with a passion for hospitality to join our team.*What we offer:** Medical, Dental, Vision* Paid Time off* Dining Discounts*Summary:* The Front-of-the-House Manager will work closely with the General Manager and all members of the restaurant’s management team to ensure the restaurant is operating according to standards.*Job Functions/Responsibilities**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:** Manages FOH staff, including performance feedback, uniforms, discipline, etc.* Jump in to assist staff when busy (expedite or run food, pour water, bus tables, etc.)* Must be knowledgeable of food allergens.* Shift opening and closing managerial responsibilities. Duties may include financial/cash handling and operational administrative tasks.* Guest interaction – ensuring service and food quality, cultivating relationships, resolving issues*Requirements** Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds* Must be able to communicate effectively* Must have current food handler’s certificate*Experience** 3 years of restaurant management experience required* Strong service, food, and beverage knowledge required* High volume, fast-paced, high profile restaurant experience preferred_*Note: This job description will provide a general overview of the position.
