Through the continuous training and educating of our personnel and workforce, *HDC * will be able to meet and or exceed our customers standards, become more efficient, more innovative and therefore more competitive in our industry.This is a Team driven fast paced position that handles the process of 5 components: Robot Polishing, Shot Blasting, Manual Filing, Inspection, and Packing. Attention to detail is crucial as you will inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary adjustments. Maintaining a clean and organized work area is essential, as is following safety protocols and guidelines.To be successful in this role, previous experience in a similar position is preferred. Mechanical knowledge and aptitude are important, as well as familiarity with robotics.*Experience:**- Previous experience in Robotics is a MUST*- Mechanical knowledge and aptitude- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools- Ability to read and interpret programming prints- Quality/Inspection - Proficient in Microsoft Office*- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours on a rotating basis between components **- Strong mathematical skills**- This is a 2nd shift position.
