Paramount Properties Group (PPG) is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to become part of our team! Moderate experience in this industry is preferred, but there will be on the job training about our processes that will provide valuable skills for your future.*Required Qualifications for the Position:*· Excellent oral and written communication skills with an emphasis on customer service· Excellent organization skills, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail· Competent with navigating and operating computer systems, web searches, email, social media, and various computer software applications related to general business practices· Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines· Willingness to help the team as needed· Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, etc…)· High energy and consistent positive attitude· Property Management Experience: 1 year (Preferred)· “Rent Manager” property management software experience (Preferred)· Knowledge of building systems: HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire & Safety, etc. (Preferred)· Valid Driver’s License (Preferred)*Primary Responsibilities of the Position:*· Ensure exceptional occupancy experience for tenants/customers by maintaining a consistently high level of service/responsiveness and professionalism· Field requests from tenants and distribute work orders to Service Technicians through our web-based property management software (when applicable). Monitor progress of work orders· Assists in coordinating tenant move-ins and move-outs, and walk-throughs with tenants· Rent collections assistance and posting rent payments into property management software· Work with subcontractors on tenant improvement projects· Conduct regular on-site visits / inspections· Respond to requests for tenant keys as needed· Answer phones and respond to emails· Coordinate with cities and contractors for inspections· Input invoices, as necessary· Complete required paperwork for City licenses, permits, and rental inspections· Prepare leases and other documents· Miscellaneous office work· Research and assistance with marketing campaigns· Data entryCompensation based on experience.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, ContractPay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hourSchedule:* 8 hour shift* Monday to Friday* On callEducation:* High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:* Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)* Property Management: 1 year (Preferred)* Rent Manager software: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: In person
