If not, this probably isn’t for you.We’re looking for a hardworking, skilled Diesel Diagnostician who knows their way around medium- and heavy-duty trucks. This isn’t a parts-changer role — we need someone who can diagnose, fabricate, solve real problems, and take pride in quality work.What You’ll Actually Do:* Pinpoint engine issues quickly and accurately* Handle diagnostics on DEF systems, regen problems, and electrical gremlins* Service suspensions, HVAC, tires, brakes, and full systems — no babysitting, no shortcuts* Use scan tools and power tools with precision* Document work properly and communicate clearly with the team* Work with your hands — digging, lifting, fabricating, and getting the job done rightWe’re Looking For:* Proven experience in diesel repair — especially with diagnostics* Familiarity with trucks, farm equipment, and fleet maintenance* Someone who shows up on time, does their job, and leaves their ego at the door* Ability to think for yourself but also work as part of a tight team* No drama.
