Weekday Hours may vary between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm. As part of our commitment to quality, we provide paid training to help you master our policies and procedures. Preferred candidate will live with a half hour commute*Key Responsibilities:** Conduct initial decluttering and organizing before cleaning* Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting* Sanitize kitchens and restrooms, attending to toilets, sinks, and mirrors* Regularly empty trash and recycling bins, cleaning receptacles as necessary* Execute vacation rental turnovers* Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any maintenance issues* Arrange items neatly to enhance visual appeal* Follow established cleaning procedures and schedules to maintain consistency* Move items as needed to ensure thorough cleaning underneath* Work collaboratively with team members to optimize cleaning operations* Watering of flowers or landscaping work as requested*Qualifications:** Willingness to learn and follow effective cleaning procedures using our best methods and products* Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining high cleaning standards* Physical capability to kneel, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks at a fast pace* Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and good time management skills* Self Motivation with the ability to work independently and as part of a team while being adaptable to change* Excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive client experience* Capacity to follow instructions and accept constructive feedbackWe are looking for dependable, energetic self motivated individuals who value professionalism and discretion in their work.
