*This is a 290-seat, high-volume steakhouse and BBQ restaurant known for smoked meats, hand-cut steaks, and scratch-made sides. We are looking for a hands-on Kitchen Manager with proven experience in steak and BBQ operations to lead our back-of-house team and maintain the quality our guests expect.*Responsibilities:* Lead daily kitchen operations in a 75-employee, full-service restaurant.* Ensure consistent execution of our steak and BBQ menu, including smoked meats and scratch recipes.* Train, develop, and supervise BOH staff to deliver high-quality food and maintain a positive kitchen culture.* Oversee inventory, ordering, prep, and food cost management to maximize efficiency.* Enforce strict safety, sanitation, and recipe standards.* Collaborate with FOH managers to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.Requirements:* 3+ years of experience as a Kitchen Manager or Sous Chef in a high-volume steakhouse or BBQ restaurant.* Strong working knowledge of smoking meats, grilling steaks, and scratch kitchen operations.* Proven leadership skills with the ability to train and hold a team accountable.* Experience controlling food and labor costs without compromising quality.* Positive, solutions-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.What We Offer:* Competitive salary + performance bonus opportunities* Supportive ownership and management team* The chance to run a respected, high-volume steak & BBQ kitchenIf you have the steak and BBQ experience to lead a scratch kitchen and want to join a team that values quality and leadership, we want to talk to you!Job Type: Full-timePay: $55,175.10 - $62,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
