Mixing Line Operators

*WE’RE HIRING**Located: 7046 Stateline Rd. Olive Branch, MS **Job Summary** Operates and setup the equipment to load line* Loads raw materials onto line according to required quantity* Ensure materials are identified and correct (scan gun)* Ensure raw materials is clear of any debris / contamination* Monitor weighing terminal to ensure current weight of raw material is accurate* Properly handle chemicals and hazardous materials in a safe manner* Works with team in order to obtain line productivity target and quality targets.* Escalade immediately to supervisor / quality any not conformity on the line* Inspects and performs routine maintenance on machines to ensure proper setup and alignment* Notify maintenance if you have minor machine malfunctions* Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly work area and free of foreign materials* Performs other related duties as assigned*Required Skills Abilities:** Ability to follow directions and work well in a team* Through understanding of or the ability to quickly learn equipment* Motivate to reach targets and being able to motivate the team* Understanding of and the ability to abide by applicable OSHA and environmental regulations* Computer knowledge is preferred* Analytical and problem-solving abilities is preferred*Education and Experience:** High school diploma or GED equivalent required* At least one-year experience in related position preferred (job or apprenticeship)* Training, certification, or degree from a technical college or vocational school preferred*Physical Requirements:** Prolonged periods working on feet, using tools, and performing repetitive actions that entail frequent bending and stooping* Must be able to lift 50 pounds* Visual acuity to read instructions, operate machines/equipmentJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Life insurance* On-the-job training* Paid time off* Vision insuranceSchedule:* 8 hour shiftWork Location: In person
