We take pride in our craftsmanship, serving clients across the Puget Sound region, including prevailing wage projects and frequent work on Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM).Job SummaryWe are seeking experienced Sheet Metal Fabricators and Installers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial sheet metal work, with some residential experience, and a proven ability to fabricate and install exterior sheet metal products. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.Key Responsibilities* Fabricate and install exterior sheet metal products, including metal roofing, siding, coping, gutters, downspouts, and related components.* Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate fabrication and installation.* Operate and maintain sheet metal fabrication tools and equipment, such as brakes, shears, and roll formers.* Perform work on commercial projects, including prevailing wage jobs, and residential projects as needed.* Work on-site at various locations, including frequent projects at Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM).* Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and project requirements.* Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.* Maintain a clean and organized work environment.Qualifications* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial sheet metal fabrication and installation (commerical experience is a plus).* Proficiency in fabricating and installing metal roofing, siding, coping, gutters, downspouts, and other exterior sheet metal products.* Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and technical specifications.* Familiarity with prevailing wage requirements and working on military bases (JBLM experience preferred).* Strong knowledge of sheet metal tools, equipment, and fabrication techniques.* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.* Ability to pass background checks and security screenings for access to JBLM and other secure sites.* Physical ability to lift heavy materials, climb ladders, and work at heights.* OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is a plus.* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Job Type: Full-timePay: $30.00 - $102.92 per hourExpected hours: 30 – 50 per weekBenefits:* 401(k) 3% Match* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceSchedule:* 10 hour shift* 8 hour shift* Overtime* Weekends as neededExperience:* Architectural sheet metal : 2 years (Required)Ability to Commute:* Tacoma, WA 98444 (Required)Work Location: In person
