Server/Waiter

Overview:We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. If you have a passion for food service and enjoy creating memorable moments for customers, we would love to hear from you.Responsibilities:- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently- Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing attentive and personalized service- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times- Build positive relationships with guests to enhance their dining experienceExperience:- Previous experience working in a restaurant or similar food service environment is preferred- Familiarity with TOAST Pos or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus- Knowledge of OpenTable or other reservation management platforms is beneficial- Understanding of food handling and safety protocols is essential- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skillsWe offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
