Production Supervisor

We pride ourselves in providing the best customer service and quality products available.We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee operations in our manufacturing facility.*Responsibilities** Supervise production activities to ensure work is completed on time and in compliance with company standards.* Monitor workflow and assign tasks to production team members.* Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Quality, Maintenance, Engineering) to resolve issues and maintain smooth operations.* Train, coach, and evaluate employees to promote skill development and high performance.* Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and company policies.* Foster a positive and productive work environment, including conflict resolution when necessary.* Enforce quality assurance protocols and perform spot checks to ensure product specifications are met.* Maintain records and logs for production, downtime, and defects.* Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions when needed.* Identify inefficiencies and collaborate with management to implement process improvements.* Participate in Kaizen events, Lean initiatives, or Six Sigma projects as applicable.*Requirements ** 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory or lead role in a production or manufacturing setting.* Working knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, safety regulations, and quality systems.* Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Prescription drug insurance* Tuition reimbursement* Vision insuranceWork Location: In person
