*Job Summary*We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Server to join our team in providing exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth flow of service within our restaurant. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality, making it essential to create a positive first impression for our guests.*Duties** Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables.* Assist in coordinating guest services to ensure a seamless dining experience.* Offering menu assistance, offering specials, order taking, delivering food and beverages, follow up, guest retention* Collaborate with the waitstaff and kitchen team to ensure timely service.* Handle guest inquiries and concerns with a focus on customer satisfaction.* Utilize POS system for cash handling.* Clear & reset tables in a timely manner.*Requirements** Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel environment is preferred.* Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations.* Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities.* Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.* A passion for hospitality and helping others enjoy their dining experience.* Familiarity with food service operations is a plus.* Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.* Join us in creating memorable experiences for our guests while being part of a dynamic team that values dedication and excellence in service!Job Types: Full-time, Part-timeExpected hours: 20 – 40 per weekShift:* Evening shift* Morning shiftWork Location: In person
