IHCS - Part time hours and Sub List available

_We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Direct Care Worker to provide 2:1 support for individuals with disabilities or complex needs. This role involves working alongside another staff member to provide hands-on, person-centered care and support in a home or community setting. _*Key Responsibilities: ** Provide 2:1 support to clients with physical, mental, or behavioral needs* Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication* Support clients in community engagement and recreational activities* Maintain accurate and timely documentation and reports* Promote independence, dignity, and choice for the individuals supported* Follow individualized care plans and behavior support plans* Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment*Requirements:** Previous experience in disability, mental health, or aged care support (preferred)* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends* Background Check* Strong communication and teamwork skills* Respect for client confidentiality and privacy* Valid Drivers License*Scheduling Needs:** Sub list is priority* Some part time hours available.Job Type: Part-timePay: $22.00 per hourShift:* 4 hour shift* 8 hour shift* Day shift* Evening shift* Morning shift* Overnight shiftLicense/Certification:* Driver's License (Required)Ability to Commute:* Hunlock Creek, PA 18621 (Required)Work Location: In person
