*Welcome to BUONA! *We're looking for experienced *kitchen managers* who share our hunger for growth & our passion for food - especially, for _Italian Beef!_We'll take your experience & mold it with our extensive *8-week training program* to ensure you are given the proper tools and training to succeed. After that, your path is your choice. Tell us your goals and we'll help you get there.*Responsibilities:** Manage and control direct expenses, such as direct labor, food cost variance, repairs & maintenance, discounts and other direct expenses (Gestionar y controlar los gastos directos, como mano de obra directa, variación en el costo de alimentos, reparaciones y mantenimiento, descuentos y otros gastos directos)* Recognize all revenue areas & develop strategies to impact sales & achieve sales targets (Reconocer todas las áreas de ingresos y desarrollar estrategias para impactar las ventas y alcanzar los objetivos de ventas)* Selection, retention, supervision, training, development, terminations & quarterly reviews of all hourly employees (Selección, retención, supervisión, capacitación, desarrollo, despidos y revisiones trimestrales de todos los empleados por hora)* Attend weekly meeting with General Manager to discuss opportunities, such as sales building, staffing levels, food cost variance, etc. (Asistir a la reunión semanal con el gerente general para analizar oportunidades, como el aumento de ventas, la dotación de personal, la variación en el costo de alimentos, etc.)* Enforcement of policies, procedures and controls (Aplicación de políticas, procedimientos y controles)* Evaluate systems & procedures and provide feedback to General Manager (Evaluar los sistemas y procedimientos y proporcionar retroalimentación al gerente general)*Qualifications:** Minimum of 5 years of restaurant experience (Mínimo de 5 años de experiencia en restaurantes)* Strong leadership & communication skills (Sólidas habilidades de liderazgo y comunicación)* Comfortable leading 10+ team members per shift (Liderar cómodamente a más de 10 miembros del equipo por turno)* Fast-Casual, drive-thru and catering experiences preferred* Strong knowledge of commonly used restaurant practices, concepts, procedures, budgets, payroll, revenue, forecast, etc. (Sólido conocimiento de las prácticas, conceptos, procedimientos, presupuestos, nóminas, ingresos, pronósticos, etc., más comunes en restaurantes.)* Strong administrative, multi-tasking, organizational and prioritizing skills (Sólidas habilidades administrativas, multitarea, organizativas y de priorización)* Passing of background check and drug test is required (Se requiere aprobar la verificación de antecedentes y la prueba de drogas)_*Still *_*not convinced?
