Bartender/Server

We are looking for an enthusiastic bartender/server to provide an excellent guest experience. Good team members will be able to efficiently and properly handle guest interactions and represent the company standards at all times.*Responsibilities** Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks.* Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.* Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.* Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.* Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age.* Help prep for opening and assist with closing down.* Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.* Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.* Comply with all food and beverage regulations.*Skills** Resume and proven working experience as a server (2 years required).* Knowledge of bartending and mixing drinks a plus.* Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.* Ability to keep the bar and restaurant area organized, stocked and clean.* Team-focused work ethic.Job Type: Part-timePay: Up to $20.00 per hourExpected hours: 15 – 30 per weekBenefits:* Employee discount* Flexible scheduleShift:* 8 hour shift* Day shift* Night shiftExperience:* Serving: 1 year (Required)Shift availability:* Day Shift (Preferred)* Night Shift (Preferred)Work Location: In person
