CSI Landscape takes pride in serving our clients with honesty and integrity to build long term relationships with people while creating their ideal outdoor living space.DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:* The Crew Lead is key to fulfilling the promises we make to our customers* Be able to read and follow design and construction plans* Put together weekly crew schedules that align with the project deadlines* Lead a landscape construction team to complete high-quality jobs on budget* Assess and set grade, install hardscapes, including pavers, block walls, rock walls; install water features, planting and other general landscape tasks* Layout and install sprinkler systems* Operate equipment such as skid-steers, excavators etc.* Driving and maintaining a clean company vehicle* Keeping a stocked and organized job trailer* Consistently driving your own growth with providing ongoing training to your team* Operate a snowplow or run a walk crew during winter operationsSKILLS:* Minimum 10 years' experience in Landscape Construction* Advanced with hardscapes, irrigation, water feature, and softscapes installation* Leadership skills in Landscape Construction* Outgoing personality, able to connect with people effectively* Ability to work overtime if necessary* Clean driving recordREQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION:* Applications accepted through Indeed* Application must include a resume with relevant job history that includes a minimum of 8-10 years landscape construction crew leadershipApplications or resumes that do not include these requirements will not be considered.Job Type: Full-timePay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:* Health insurance* Paid time offApplication Question(s):* Do you have a clean driving record?Experience:* Landscape Construction Leadership: 8 years (Required)License/Certification:* Driver's License (Required)Work Location: In person
