Explore, Hike, Create!Downtown Biddeford (Sometimes Portland)The York County Creative Trails and Composition Studio is an innovative experiential community support program for adults with intellectual uniqueness. DSPs (Direct Support Professionals) will facilitate and/or engage in activities that include art, seasonal outdoor activities, and music, with individuals in a group setting. We are a diverse, unique, and exciting program, looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate DSP mentor to work with incredibly talented folks as they learn about music composition sound engineering, visual arts, and outdoor exploration.The DSP is responsible for supporting individuals in an average of a 3:1(staff) ratio. The DSP will support individuals to pursue their artistic passions, explore the outdoors, and to explore community connections based on their interests.Schedule: We are hiring for a full time position, Monday through Friday from 8:45am-4:15pm, with occasional evening and weekend events, or it could be a part time position a few days a week (flexible and negotiable) for the right candidate. You may occasionally be asked to work at another Creative Trails program located in either Biddeford or Portland (mileage will be reimbursed).
