Arizona Pulmonary Specialists have a robust clinic practice and provide ICU call coverage for 5 valley hospitals.*JOB DESCRIPTION *The ideal clinic operator candidate must be able to demonstrate strong customer service skills handling a high volume of calls in a fast-paced clinic. The clinic operator position is responsible for answering calls, returning calls, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information. Training will be in person until competency is shown, then remote work will be assigned.*RESPONSIBILITIES** Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, directing them to the appropriate department or personnel.* Identifying patient needs, providing accurate information, and resolving inquiries or complaints in a timely manner.* Maintain a positive and courteous demeanor while interacting with clients and colleagues.* Recording patient details, interactions, and relevant information into the electronic health record.* Troubleshooting patient issues, escalating complex problems to appropriate departments when necessary.* Returning phone calls for scheduling and patient follow-up.* Adhering to company policies and productivity expectations.*QUALIFICATIONS** At least 1yr experience in a high-volume call center.* Excellent communication and customer service skills; both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly.* Computer proficiency in using relevant computer applications.* Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.* Ability to adapt to a variety of inquiries and situations with flexibility.* Strong understanding of phone systems and excellent phone etiquette skills are essential.* A professional attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.Job Type: Full-timePay: $17.40 - $18.12 per hourBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Vision insurancePhysical Setting:* ClinicSchedule:* 8 hour shift* Day shift* Monday to Friday* No weekendsAbility to Commute:* Scottsdale, AZ 85258 (Preferred)Work Location: Hybrid remote in Scottsdale, AZ 85258
