Slatts Pub Assistant Manager

*Position: *Slatts Pub Assistant Manager / Shift Manager*Location: *Slatts Pub & Grill – Blue Ash, OH*Job Type: *Full-time*Overview:*Slatts Pub & Grill is a locally owned, 200-seat neighborhood favorite in Blue Ash, known for quality food, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere. We’re currently seeking a reliable and energetic Assistant Manager / Shift Manager to join our leadership team and help guide front-of-house operations.*Primary Objective:*Being apart of the Slatts Pub Management Team you must be a high energy, passionate, and hospitable person. It is your objective to actively extend our brand to customers, local businesses, and the community. You will need to build relationships, drive sales to our business and and specialize in creating memorable dining experiences through generating business, planning, and organizing staff daily. In this position you will need to address challenges, and look for new opportunities to add value to the customer experience.*Responsibilities:** Oversee daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts* Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction* Lead and support the front-of-house team, including servers and bartenders* Handle guest concerns professionally and promptly* Assist with training new employees and reinforcing service standards* Use POS and scheduling systems to manage shifts and team performance* Collaborate with the General Manager to maintain a positive and productive work environment*Qualifications:** Previous experience as a floor manager or shift leader in a full-service restaurant* Strong customer service and conflict-resolution skills* Basic computer proficiency (POS, scheduling software, etc.)* Ability to lead by example and maintain professionalism under pressure* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills*Benefits:** Competitive pay based on experience* Supportive and experienced management team* Consistent scheduling and stable hours* Opportunities for advancement in a growing hospitality groupJob Type: Full-timePay: $42,000.00 - $45,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceWork Location: In person
