We are an established neighborhood sports bar and grill in North Scottsdale. We pride ourselves on our quality, from scratch food and our attention to our customer service. As a growing company we need a great addition to our team to represent our brand and help us become even better. We want someone who genuinely loves this business and what they do, and shows that!We are looking for a part time night shift manager ( We close at 1 AM, usually out by 1:30 AM) that would ideally grow into a full time Assistant Manager after 90 days. Managers are responsible for the overall operations of the restaurant; ensuring total guest satisfaction and brand awareness through excellent execution of operational standards and guidelines. A manager should be able to think quickly and handle situations as they arise. Since we are not a corporate setting, we are looking for someone to think on their feet and treat each customer, and situation, individually. This would be a night time/close shift.*Requirements:** _Ability to take initiative and contribute new ideas to the team, for both sales and operations._* _Able to handle high volume sales and keep a clear head with the ability to think fast_* _Previous restaurant management experience_* _Work nights and weekends_* _Inventory and food/liquor costing knowledge_* _Arizona Liquor Law knowledge_* _Knowledge of sports_* _Great __*communication skills*__, both verbal and written - with fellow management, staff, and customers_* _Knowledge on excel, word, and internet._* _Good at making small talk with tables and customers, as we have a lot of regulars and like to __*make them feel like family.*_* _Ability to establish, maintain and enforce consistently high performance standards._* _Conduct a variety of administrative duties that maximize the efficiency, productivity, and organization of the restaurant and team._* _Capable of __*adapting his/her leadership*__style to a variety of situations and scenarios_* _Ability to supervise, coach, develop, __*lead & motivate*_* _Demonstrates a genuine enthusiasm and warmth towards the Guest and attitude of Service.
