Host/Hostess

Zynodoa is seeking motivated, personable and friendly host/hostess!Candidates must be professional, personable and have the ability to multi-task. Strong computer knowledge is necessary for this position. Pay is $11 plus tips, equaling $16-$25 an hour depending on business. Candidates with previous hosting experience is a bonus.Job Duties include:* Greeting guests as they enter, and putting them on a waiting list as necessary.* Providing guests with menus and answering any initial questions.* Seating guests at tables or in waiting areas.* Engaging with guests to ensure they're happy with food and service.* Responding to complaints and helping to resolve them.* Answering phone calls, taking messages and answering questions.* Bussing and resetting tables.* A knowledge of the menu.* Helping out with other positions in the restaurant as needed such as food running.* Providing great customer service.Job Type: Part-timePay: From $16.00 per hourBenefits:* Flexible scheduleAbility to Commute:* Staunton, VA 24401 (Required)Ability to Relocate:* Staunton, VA 24401: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
