Community Association Manager – Full-TimeAn established and growing community management firm is seeking a motivated and experienced Community Association Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential associations, including single-family, townhome, and condominium communities.The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, professional, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities related to HOA operations, vendor management, and board coordination. Experience with Architectural Review Boards (ARB) and developer-transitioning communities is strongly preferred.Key Responsibilities· Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned communities· Coordinate maintenance issues and vendor relationships· Guide communities through developer transition processes and ARB-related matters· Conduct financial reviews and assist with budgeting and reserve planning· Ensure compliance with association documents, policies, and state regulations· Act as the main liaison between the board, homeowners, and vendors· Prepare detailed reports for board meetings and attend as needed (some evenings/weekends required)· Provide timely responses to homeowner concerns and inquiries· Research and implement best practices in HOA managementQualifications· Experience in HOA or community association management required· Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills· Ability to work independently and manage a diverse workload· Financial literacy, including understanding of budgets and assessments· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)· Familiarity with ARB processes and developer-owned communities is a plus· CMCA or AMS certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)Compensation & Benefits· Competitive salary, based on experience· Performance-based bonuses· Health insurance and supplemental benefits· Paid Time Off (increases with tenure)· Retirement savings with company match after one year· Monthly stipends for work-related vehicle and phone useThis is a great opportunity for a community manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to be part of a dedicated team that values professionalism, resident satisfaction, and high-quality service delivery.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Professional development assistance* Vision insuranceSchedule:* 8 hour shift* Day shift* Monday to FridayWork Location: In person
